The top five restaurants in Naples, Florida
Naples, the jewel of Florida that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, is home to endless sandy beaches, beautiful golf courses, upscale dining, and extravagant shopping. Spending the last month there has allowed us to explore the town’s dining scene, so today, we share the list of top five Naples Restaurants with you.
1. Mediterrano Restaurant
This fantastic restaurant, situated at 3rd Avenue South, offers authentic Mediterranean cuisine with a charming Coastal approach. At Mediterrano, you can have anything from Greek salad, Italian branzino, Moroccan beef tagine, and Spanish paella. Take a trip around the globe while enjoying excellent service and a lively atmosphere.
Interesting Fact: Mediterrano’s outdoor seating represents a signature Mediterranean vibe, situated in a cozy yard filled with beautiful flowers and small tables painted in white and blue.
We loved dining here so much and decided we must place Mediterrano on our Top five Naples Restaurants list.
2. Aqua On 5th
Aqua, a Macedonian restaurant and bar on the iconic Fifth Avenue is the perfect spot for dinner, drinks, and live music.
Dining here took us on a journey back home, which was very special.
We, of course, decided to go for the Macedonian salad (yes, it tasted just like back home), followed by crusted seabass and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc.
We also got to meet the owner Gordan who was as welcoming as the rest of the staff. After 9 pm, we got to enjoy live music, later carrying on to the night with beautiful memories of this fantastic place.
Visitors Info: Aqua on Fifth is also the perfect spot for a night out with friends because, after nine pm, it transforms into a delightful bar with live music and a dance floor.
3. Vergina
This Mediterranean Restaurant has a prime location across from the Inn on Fifth. Open, for lunch and dinner, this place offers pasta specialties and other delicate Mediterranean dishes, with a concentration on Italian cuisine. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is lively.
Vergina also features live music and karaoke throughout the week, making it the perfect spot for a night out.
Interesting Fact: The original owner of Vergina was Macedonian.
Visitors Info: Vergina is a dog-friendly restaurant with an outdoor area dedicated to guests with pets.
4. Alberto's on Fifth
Also situated at the heart of the iconic Fifth Ave in Naples, this Italian Restaurant is famous for elevating takes on traditional dishes.
The executive chef Alberto Varetto bases his cuisine on North Italian influences and pure culinary magic. The atmosphere is top-notch, and the interior is exquisite!

5. The Turtle Club
Turtle Club is the top place for a relaxed Florida atmosphere and excellent Cosmopolitan cuisine. Located at the heart of Vanderbilt Beach, this Restaurant is exquisite on multiple levels.
Enjoy a glass of wine and indulge in a seafood platter while you dip your toes in the soft sand overlooking the ocean. The service is terrific, and the atmosphere is unbeatable—all reasons why this restaurant deserves a place on our top Naples Restaurants list.
Dinning here offers you a chance to enjoy their private beach, far from the crowds, so that you can have a walk and perhaps catch the perfect sunset.

Our choice for the best place for drinks over sunset is Gumbo Limbo at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. This oceanfront beach bar offers delicious seafood and a variety of cocktails.
